Process Principle
Technical rubber profiles are manufactured by continuous extrusion and thermal vulcanization, adapting to standard or custom geometries.
Materials and Formulations
Available in EPDM, NBR, CR (neoprene), NR or FKM (Viton®). Specific formulations for oil, ozone, steam, fire or chemical resistance.
Dimensions and Finishes
Profiles from 2×2 mm up to 100×100 mm. Tolerances according to ISO 3302-1 E2. Smooth or textured finish. Standard black or custom colors.
