The aeronautical and aerospace industry requires lightweight, fire-retardant, and traceable materials, capable of maintaining integrity under extreme variations in temperature, pressure, and chemical exposure. At ProSilicones64, we develop fluorinated FVMQ and phenylated PVMQ silicone compounds manufactured under EN 9100 / ISO 9001 system and ISO 8 cleanroom. Formulations are validated according to FAR 25.853, UL94 V-0, and NF L17-153 Class 53, guaranteeing fire-retardant performance, thermal stability, and resistance to fuels, oils, and Skydrol-type hydraulic fluids.
