Manufacturer of Silicone Tubing and Hoses
We manufacture silicone tubes and hoses by continuous extrusion, with inner diameters from 0.5 mm to 145 mm, covering the full range of fluid conveyance: from capillary tubes for medical dosing to large-flow flexible tubing and reinforced industrial sleeves; each application requires a specific formulation, so we work with more than ten silicone series (platinum and peroxide cured) adapted to uses as diverse as food transfer or mechanical fatigue cycles in peristaltic pumps.
Tube types
Industrial Silicone Tubing
Extruded VMQ silicone industrial tubing (hose). High flexibility, thermal resistance from -60 °C to +200 °C, and chemical stability. Hardness 10-90 Shore A. Compliance with FDA 21 CFR 177.2600, EC 1935/2004, UL94, EN 45545-2, USP VI, and ISO 10993. Manufacturing under ISO 9001 and ISO 13485.
Medical Silicone Tubing
Extruded VMQ silicone medical tubing (hose) manufactured in an ISO 8 cleanroom. FDA, EC 1935/2004, USP VI, and ISO 10993 approved. High biocompatibility, flexibility, and thermal resistance. Manufacturing under ISO 9001 and ISO 13485.
Reinforced Silicone Tubing/Hoses
Silicone reinforced tubing/hoses with polyester, fiberglass, or stainless steel mesh. Resistant to pressure and vacuum. Working temperature from -60 °C to +200 °C. Compliant with FDA, EC 1935/2004, EN 45545-2, UL94, and ISO 10993. Manufacturing under ISO 9001 and ISO 13485.
Specialty Silicone Tubing
Custom-designed specialty silicone tubing (hose). Multiple sections, reinforcements, co-extrusion, and custom formulations. Compliance with FDA, EC 1935/2004, EN 45545-2, UL94, USP VI, and ISO 10993. Production under ISO 9001 and ISO 13485.
Automotive Silicone Hoses
High-performance silicone hoses for cooling systems, turbocharger connections, intercooler ducting and air intake applications. Manufactured via continuous extrusion and compression moulding using VMQ and FVMQ compounds. Available in straight, elbow and reducer configurations. Operating temperature range from -60°C to +300°C depending on formulation.
Differences between Tubing, Hose, and Sleeving
Although often used interchangeably, technically we differentiate:
Tubing: Generally thin or medium wall, unreinforced, for low pressure or gravity feed.
Hose: Usually refers to thick-walled or braided/reinforced conduits, designed to withstand pressure (bar) or vacuum.
Sleeving/Piping: Generic terms for industrial installations requiring vibration dampening or non-linear routing.
Curing Technologies: Platinum vs. Peroxide
We offer both vulcanisation systems:
Platinum Cured: Maximum purity, odourless, and high clarity. The standard for pharma and food tubing.
Peroxide Cured: The robust option for industrial hose. Excellent cost-performance ratio.
Dimensional ranges and tolerances
Internal diameters: From 0.5 mm up to 145 mm.
Wall thicknesses: From 0.5 mm, adapted to working pressure.
Tolerances: ISO 3302-1 Class E1 (High precision) for extrusion.
Presentation: In continuous rolls (coils) or cut to length (straight sleeves).
Thermal ranges according to formulation:
Standard (VMQ): -60°C to +200°C.
High Temperature (THT): Up to +300°C continuously.
Peristaltic (Series 30): High mechanical fatigue resistance.
Certifications:
Food Grade: FDA 21 CFR 177.2600, BfR XV, EC 1935/2004.
Medical: USP Class VI, ISO 10993. Series 12 validated for CE marking.
Compliance: RoHS and REACH.
