From drawing to mould
Got a part to mould?
A mould project opens a series: we review your drawing, build the custom tooling — for parts from tenths of a gram to several kilos — validate the first-off sample with you and produce from a single part to a million. LSR and HCR injection in dedicated workshops, compression and overmoulding onto metal or plastic.
Eight injection presses and more than ten million parts processed in our facilities back the process; where the part demands it, finishing is completed by manual or cryogenic deflashing.

Our ISO 8 cleanroom covers 2,050 m² in two areas: one combines extrusion, platinum-cured HCR moulding and LSR injection over 550 m²; the other, 1,500 m², adds specialist LSR moulding on electric presses and plastic-silicone two-shot. Certified output for medical, pharmaceutical, food and railway sectors.

Our cleanroom operates under ISO 14644-1, an ISO 13485 quality system and GMP, processing FDA, USP Class VI and ISO 10993 approved materials according to end use: extrusion, HCR and LSR moulding, and plastic-silicone two-shot. Coverage for medical devices, pharmaceutical products and food processing with batch-by-batch documented traceability.
