Process Principle

Silicone O-Rings are manufactured by compression or injection molding, depending on the volume and required precision. Their circular profile ensures a hermetic and uniform seal in high-pressure, vacuum, or high-temperature applications.

Materials and Formulations

Made from VMQ silicone with hardnesses between 30 and 90 Shore A. Available formulations: food-grade, medical-grade, fire-retardant, antistatic, and fluorosilicone (FVMQ). Compliant with FDA 21 CFR 177.2600, EC 1935/2004, EN 45545-2, UL94, USP VI, and ISO 10993.

Dimensions and Finishes

Available according to standards AS568, ISO 3601, BS1806 or per custom drawing. Diameters from 0.5 mm up to 1,000 mm, with ISO 3302-1 M1/F tolerances. Smooth or micro-textured finishes, in standard colors (translucent, red, black, grey) or specific RAL colors.
