Process Principle

Industrial silicone hose (tubing) is manufactured by continuous extrusion with controlled thermal curing, ensuring precise geometry, uniform thickness, and thermal stability in continuous lengths.

Materials and Formulations

Made from solid VMQ silicone with hardnesses from 10 to 90 Shore A. Food-grade, fire-retardant, antistatic, or high-temperature formulations. Compliance with FDA, EC 1935/2004, UL94, EN 45545-2, USP VI, and ISO 10993.

Dimensions and Finishes

Inner diameters from 0.5 mm up to 60 mm and wall thicknesses from 0.3 to 10 mm. Tolerances according to ISO 3302-1 E2/F. Smooth or satin finish. Translucent, white, black, or custom RAL colors.

Production Environments

Production under ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 in an industrial environment or ISO 8 cleanroom, with dimensional control, tensile strength, and thermal aging testing.
