Series 16 (Moulding) – Railway HL3 certified fire resistant silicone
PMQ1630 to PMQ1685 formulas with R22/R23 HL3 safety classification
This technical sheet details the performance of Series 16 specifically for moulding processes (Formulas PMQ1630 -> PMQ1685). It is a peroxide-cured silicone with superior fire resistance, achieving even better oxygen index and lower smoke density values than the extrusion version. It complies with NF EN 45545-2 (2020) reaching HL3 classification for R22 and R23, ideal for safety parts in trains.
