Series 20 – High tear and high thermal resistance peroxide silicone (270°C)
High performance mechanical and thermal VMQ compound for demanding environments
Series 20 is a peroxide-cured silicone mixture that combines two critical properties: excellent tear resistance and high thermal stability. It is processable by extrusion and moulding. This dual formulation makes it perfect for applications requiring both mechanical durability and resistance to high temperatures (up to +270°C), such as inflatable seals in ovens or profiles subjected to tension in hot environments.
