Process Principle
Silicone flat gaskets are manufactured from extruded or calendered sheets or slabs, cut using die-cutting, laser, or waterjet technology. This process enables the production of gaskets with high dimensional precision in a wide variety of shapes, thicknesses, and formulations.
Materials and Formulations
Available in solid or cellular VMQ silicone (closed-cell foam), with hardnesses from 10 to 90 Shore A. Certified formulations: food-grade, medical-grade, fire-retardant, conductive, antistatic, high-temperature, and fluorinated (FVMQ). Compliant with FDA, EC 1935/2004, EN 45545-2, UL94, USP VI, and ISO 10993.
Dimensions and Finishes
