Process Principle
Specialty silicone hose (tubing) is developed per CAD design for unique applications. It allows for multi-layer co-extrusion, partial reinforcement, dual hardness, or sensor integration, offering customized technical performance.
Materials and Formulations
Available in extruded VMQ or FVMQ silicone with hardnesses from 10 to 90 Shore A. Medical, food-grade, conductive, fluorinated, or thermal formulations. Certified FDA, EC 1935/2004, UL94, EN 45545-2, USP VI, and ISO 10993.
Possible Configurations
