Process Principle
Cast silicone slabs/sheets are obtained by pouring liquid or pasty silicone onto flat molds, followed by vulcanization in an oven or press. This process ensures perfect homogeneity, absence of bubbles, and precise tolerances in medium and high thicknesses.

Available in solid or sponge (closed-cell) VMQ silicone, with hardnesses from 10 to 90 Shore A. Certified formulations: food-grade, medical-grade, fire-retardant, antistatic, conductive, high-temperature, or fluorinated (FVMQ).
