European alliance in silicone and rubber
Spanish-French union that in 2015 formalised OR64 and Progress Silicones. Today the Progress group manufactures compounds and components in France (Apt) and Italy (Top Tech, 2026). From Catalonia, ProSilicones64 operates as the European hub: it runs the group catalogue, develops custom components from drawing, adds its own workshop for CNC cutting, vulcanisation and finishing, and exports to Europe, the Americas and Asia.

Forty years in Apt, a decade with OR64, expansion to Italy in 2026
ProSilicones64 was founded in 2015 from the union between Progress Silicones, a French manufacturer of silicone compounds and components based in Apt (Provence) since 1985, and OR64, a Spanish company with industrial operations in Catalonia.
In 2026 the Progress group expanded its European capacity with the acquisition of Top Tech Silicones (Italy), specialised in LSR injection moulding. Today the group formulates, extrudes, moulds and finishes in three countries under a single quality and per-batch traceability system.
From Catalonia, ProSilicones64 runs the group catalogue, develops custom components from drawing, operates its own finishing workshop and serves industrial customers in Europe, the Americas and Asia.

Finishing, CNC cutting and vulcanisation in-house
We produce custom gaskets — in ring or frame form — by cutting to length and vulcanisation. We work with Progress group formulations or with stock supplied by the customer.
Automatic CNC cutting die-cuts flat gaskets in silicone and rubbers (EPDM, NBR, CR, FKM) from drawing or sample.
From Catalonia we centralise the group catalogue and custom development from drawing, and we export finished components to Europe, the Americas and Asia, with direct connection to the Apt (France) and Top Tech (Italy) plants.

Three plants, one technical system
The Progress group operates formulation laboratories, CAD design offices, a tooling workshop with more than five thousand active references, extrusion and moulding lines (compression, HCR, LSR), 2K plastic-silicone bi-material and ISO 8 cleanroom in France and Italy. Documentary traceability per batch from compound to finished part.

Every project is a technical collaboration, not a transaction
Behind every component there is a technical team working with the customer from requirements analysis to series validation. We do not sell catalogue: we develop parts that have to perform under specific conditions. Each project is documented per phase and keeps the same contact from development through to re-orders.

The Progress group manufactures under ISO 9001 and ISO 13485, with ISO 8 cleanroom in France and Italy. Each batch ships with certificate of conformity, technical file and documentary traceability.
