Gasket vulcanising
End joining of extruded profile into a closed frame: the gasket arrives finished and ready to fit.
View gasket vulcanising →We manufacture silicone gaskets for static and dynamic sealing: die-cut or CNC-cut from sheet, O-rings, inflatable seals and vulcanised frames. The compound is chosen by application: temperature, contact medium and standards.

Does your gasket start from a drawing or a sample? Tell us geometry, medium and temperature: the usual path starts with made-to-measure flat silicone gaskets.
Each format solves a different seal: static or active, in a groove or as a frame. These are the common ones; any variant is studied on drawing.
The same gasket behaves differently depending on the compound: solid silicone from 30 to 80 Shore A, sponge or cellular when closing force is low, from −60 °C to +230 °C continuous.
We compound to requirement: FDA 21 CFR 177.2600 and EC 1935/2004 food grades, ISO 10993 and USP Class VI medical grades, and EN 45545-2 railway grades up to HL3. Every batch ships with its certificate.
Silicone wins on temperature range, ageing and certified food and medical grades. FKM/Viton™ wins when the medium is mineral oil, fuel or aggressive chemicals: there silicone swells and the fluoroelastomer holds.
If your medium points to the second group, we also manufacture made-to-measure FKM and Viton™ flat gaskets with the same CNC and die-cutting processes.
