Sheet and slab cutting
CNC and die cutting on our own sheet: agreed tolerances and series repeatability.
View sheet cutting →We manufacture solid and sponge silicone sheet in rolls and slabs, in the thickness, hardness and colour each application demands. Gaskets, closures and protections come out of the sheet — and we cut them too.

Torn between solid and sponge, or between two thicknesses? Tell us the application in an enquiry and we specify sheet, hardness and thickness.
Roll or slab, solid or cellular, with or without adhesive: the format is decided by how it will be cut and fitted afterwards.
Solid sheet gives mechanical strength and sealing in gaskets and supports; closed-cell sponge seals with low closing force and absorbs irregularities. Both from −60 °C to +230 °C continuous.
We compound to requirement: FDA 21 CFR 177.2600 and EC 1935/2004 food grades, EN 45545-2 fire-rated up to HL3, conductive grades for ESD/ATEX and metal-detectable for food lines. Every batch ships with its certificate.
Silicone rules on temperature range, ageing and certified food and railway grades. When the slab calls for oil resistance, abrasion resistance or tighter cost without thermal demands, the route is EPDM, NBR or neoprene.
For that second group we also manufacture rubber slabs in the same roll and slab formats, with the same cutting to size.
