Sheet and slab cutting
CNC and die cutting on our own slab: flat gaskets and parts with agreed tolerances.
View sheet cutting →When the application does not call for silicone, we make the part in the right rubber: EPDM for weathering, NBR for oils, neoprene as the all-rounder, natural rubber for abrasion and FKM/Viton™ for aggressive chemicals. Profiles, parts, slabs and gaskets under the same project scheme.

Not sure which rubber your application needs? Tell us the contact medium and temperature in an enquiry and we specify material and format.
Extruded profile, moulded part, slab or die-cut gasket: the application decides the format; the medium it faces decides the material.
EPDM owns the outdoors: ozone, UV and water do not age it. NBR withstands mineral oils and fuels where EPDM swells. Neoprene (CR) is the workshop all-rounder, and natural rubber (NR) the king of abrasion and impact.
When the medium is aggressive chemistry or temperature climbs, the next step is FKM/Viton™. And when the duty calls for extreme thermal range or sanitary certification, the path crosses over to silicone. We propose the material with its rationale, not a catalogue.
Rubber wins on abrasion, tear, oils and cost where there are no thermal or sanitary demands. Silicone rules from −60 °C to +230 °C, in extreme weathering and wherever food, medical or railway certification is required.
If your application points there, our whole silicone product range is made under the same scheme: review, in-house tooling and series.
