Vulcanising of ring and frame gaskets
We join the ends of an extruded profile or cord to close a continuous gasket, in ring or frame form.
We close the profile onto itself with a continuous vulcanised join.
Vulcanising starts from an extruded profile or cord cut to length. The press joins the two ends with controlled temperature and pressure, and the gasket is closed into a continuous piece —a ring or a frame— without a mould.

What we vulcanise and how
A continuous gasket, closed onto the profile itself
The vulcanised join closes the profile into a continuous piece and keeps the profile's section and hardness at the closure point.
We receive the customer's material and return it closed as a ring or frame. We also vulcanise profile from our catalogue.
