We extrude silicone tubing for fluids, air and line protection: from capillary microtubing to thick-wall tube, in the diameter, colour and compound each application demands. Food, medical and high-temperature grades with batch-to-batch traceability.

Tube construction
What gets defined at extrusion
A tube is more than a diameter: colour, stripe, wall and flexibility are decided in the compound and the die. This is what we tune for each application.
Certified material
Platinum or peroxide cure: the tube's foundation
Platinum cure yields a clean, translucent tube with no vulcanisation by-products: the one demanded in medical, pharma and high-end food applications. Peroxide cure solves industrial duties with an excellent cost-performance ratio.
We compound to requirement: FDA 21 CFR 177.2600 and EC 1935/2004 grades, ISO 10993 and USP Class VI medical grades extruded in an ISO 8 cleanroom, and high-temperature compounds up to +230 °C continuous. Every batch ships with its certificate.
Final geometry
Cut tubing or preformed sleeve?
Cut tubing solves the straight run. When the part fits over a fitting, manifold or elbow — with its angles and its dimensions — the route is the preformed sleeve: the tube is vulcanised into its final fitted geometry.
