The product

The circular cross-section seals under pressure and is moulded to its final shape — not cut.

Silicone O-rings are produced by compression moulding or by injection moulding (HCR or LSR), depending on the volume and the precision required. Moulding delivers a ring of exact geometry with no visible parting line in the sealing area, ensuring uniform tightness in pressure, vacuum or elevated-temperature applications.
