VMQ silicone compression molding. Manufacturing of large or complex parts, functional prototypes, and short runs. Hardness 20–90 Shore A. Industrial or certified ISO 8 cleanroom production. Compliance with FDA, EC 1935/2004, EN 45545-2, UL94, USP VI, ISO 10993.
HCR Injection Molded Parts
High Consistency Rubber (HCR) silicone injection molding. Production of precise, repeatable, and high-performance parts. Hardness 30–90 Shore A. Automated process under ISO 9001 and ISO 13485. FDA, EC 1935/2004, EN 45545-2, UL94, and USP VI formulations.
Technical Silicone Overmolding
Overmolding process for VMQ, LSR, or HCR silicone onto metallic or thermoplastic inserts. Permanent chemical or mechanical bond. High precision, sealing performance, and thermal resistance. Production in ISO 8 cleanroom or industrial environment under ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 control.
LSR Injection Molded Parts
Liquid Silicone Rubber (LSR) injection molding. Fully automated process for high-precision parts, microcomponents, and medical products. Hardness 20-90 Shore A. Compliance with FDA, EC 1935/2004, USP VI, ISO 10993, ISO 13485, EN 45545-2, and UL94.
Medical LSR Liquid Silicone
Medical-grade LSR liquid silicone compounds for injection molding in an ISO 8 cleanroom. Compliance with USP VI, ISO 10993, FDA 21 CFR 177.2600, and EC 1935/2004. Biocompatibility, purity, and total traceability for medical, pharmaceutical, and laboratory applications.
Food-Grade LSR Liquid Silicone
Food-grade LSR liquid silicone compounds for injection molding. Compliance with FDA 21 CFR 177.2600, EC 1935/2004, and BfR XV. Suitable for prolonged contact with food and beverages. Production in ISO 8 cleanroom under ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 control.
Industrial LSR Liquid Silicone
Industrial-grade LSR liquid silicone compounds for injection molding. High thermal stability, chemical resistance, and dimensional precision. Hardness 20-90 Shore A. Compliance with EN 45545-2, UL94, EC 1935/2004, and FDA 21 CFR 177.2600. Manufacturing under ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 control.
