Drawing review
We analyse geometry, material, tolerances and standards, and come back with feasibility, recommended technology and tooling lead time.
Send a drawing or enquiry →We manufacture custom silicone parts starting from your drawing: we design the tooling, validate samples and run the series with batch-to-batch traceability. Four moulding technologies and two ISO 8 cleanrooms to always pick the right route.

Not sure which technology your part needs? You don't have to be: send us the drawing or a sample and we propose the route with its technical rationale.
A moulded part starts with well-resolved tooling. We design and build it ourselves, and from then on every reorder comes out of the same mould with the same result.

View ISO 8 cleanrooms →With the mould validated, every order repeats material, process and control. Your part, always the same.

Liquid silicone (LSR) injects precisely into fine geometries and high volumes; solid silicone (HCR) gives body to robust parts from 30 to 80 Shore A. Service range from −60 °C to +230 °C continuous.
We compound to requirement: ISO 10993 and USP Class VI medical grades moulded in an ISO 8 cleanroom, FDA and EC 1935/2004 food grades, and EN 45545-2 railway grades. Every batch ships with its certificate.
Silicone rules on temperature range, ageing and certified medical and food grades. When the part calls for oil resistance, abrasion resistance or tighter cost without thermal demands, the route is EPDM, NBR or CR.
For that second group we also manufacture moulded rubber parts under the same project scheme: review, in-house mould and series.
